The following terms and conditions will be enforced to ensure a smooth and successful shoot, as well as to protect you, as a client, and me, as a service provider. Session types can not be altered after booking! I am not responsible for a photo shoot being canceled or rescheduled due to your failure to read and adhere to the terms and conditions set forth.
DEPOSIT:
A NON-refundable deposit is required to book the session. The deposit must be paid via Cash app /Venmo/or PayPal . Must be sent as friend/family or gift. If sent as goods or services , it will be refunded and session will be canceled. The remaining balance must be paid 48 hrs before the day of service.
RESCHEDULING/LATE ARRIVAL:
If you are late to your photo session by 15 minutes or more, the session will be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please arrive on time to avoid a canceled or shortened session. Total time includes any prep time getting dressed or doing hair/makeup. I do not offer same day rescheduling. Clients are allowed one (1) reschedule. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your photo shoot, the session will be canceled, rescheduling will not be allowed, and your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel your session, the deposit is still NON-REFUNDABLE.
CANCELLATION and BOOKING FEES/DEPOSIT
In the event the client cancelling the session for any reason the deposit/FEES become VOID....all payments are non-refundable and only transferable ONCE, due to weather or circumstances that are beyond JOSIE REED PHOTOGRAPhY control. You AUTOMATICALLY agree to these terms by booking .
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
You will receive the online link to the proofs within a few days of session.
You will be able to view the proofs but I do not release raw/unedited files.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE EDITS?
You will receive the edits in 2 weeks (14 Business Days) from the day you select the edits. weekends & Holidays are NOT considered BUSINESS days.
NEED THEM SOONER THAN 2 WEEKS?
There is a rush delivery option for $25 per edited photo. You could receive them in as soon as 2-3 days.
GUESTS:
UP TO 3 GUESTS are allowed at your photo shoot. Extra guests will be required to leave due to limited studio space.
SQUEEZE IN/LATE NIGHT FEE:
If you do not see a date or time available, i do offer a squeeze in fee for 100.00 additional. This option depends on availability.
Additional photos are available for purchase. Composite editing may be an additional fee.
